Hello and welcome! 👋
We would like to introduce you all to our newest team member: Olive Lycett.
Olive is our Outreach and Membership worker and will be going out into the community to meet local deaf people and also provide presentations and awareness training to local NHS services.
Here’s Olive giving a quick introduction:

Farewell to one of our founders 👋
We are also sad to say a fond farewell to one of our founders, Nicky Evans. Nicky has been part of Signalise from the very start, first discussing the idea of a Co-op with Jen and Wes in a Pizza Express over three years ago!
Nicky has chosen to step down from her role as Business and Development Manager and take a well earned break, having been actively involved in campaigning and working to strengthen the profession (alongside her day to day freelancing work) for over ten years. She will continue to support and promote the work of the co-op.
We wish both Olive and Nicky well.
