We continued our community work, built on the strength of our interpreting service and contract delivery, proving that community-owned businesses can really deliver!

This was the first year we reported on our social value. We did much work in this year with Olive Lycett, our Outreach Worker and started to really embed what it means to be a community-owned and community-driven organisation.
